International Flights & Airports

International flights to Brazil

A few international airports offer direct flights to Belo Horizonte.  These direct flights depart from Miami, Panama City, Lisbon, Paris and Montevideo.

However, most international flights to Brazil land at the international airports of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Recife or Salvador, where there are connecting flights to most other major Brazilian cities, including Belo Horizonte.

NOTE: When booking a flight via one of these cities, please be aware that some connecting flights depart from the city's domestic airport.  As transfer between airports may take a considerable amount of time, especially due to traffic, we recommend booking connecting flights from the same airport.

Airpass

Visitors who are intending to travel on from their point of entry to explore the rest of Brazil should consider investing in a Brazilian Airpass before arriving in the country. The Airpass can only be sold outside of Brazil and to non-residents with a return air ticket.
